Is Redmonkie® Direct Mailing Program available for all type of businesses?
Yes. Any Business, Corporation and/or Professional in The United States may take advantage of our direct mailing program.
What does "Farming" mean?
Farming is our term to describe a process in which you will concentrate on a targeted area for a long period of time with consecutive mailings to successfully build your company’s brand and image in order to get the results you are looking for.
Yes. We do not offer area exclusivity. Yes. If you want to cover a big area, you can mail in sections.
Can I mail to any area of my choice? Can I split my mailings?
Am I in control of my mailings? Is there any requirement to mail?
You are in full control. When you sign up with us, you will specify how often you would like to "Farm" your area. We always send you an email before processing your next scheduled mailings. In the event you wish to cancel or reschedule such mailings, just reply to our email within 3 business days with your instructions, otherwise we will go ahead and process your work.
I do not have a design, what do I do?
We have standard templates you may use at no cost. Keep in mind that standard templates may be used by any of our members to mail to any area. If you would like to differentiate yourself and/or your business when mailing to your targeted areas, we offer designing services to help you create an "exclusive" design. This way, no matter who else is mailing to your areas, your mailing piece will always be unique.
Who provides the mailing addresses?
We have two choices. You can submit a mailing addresses list in the requested form, see a sample here, or we can provide this service for you. In the event that we are unable to obtain the mailing list for your area of interest, we may provide contact information for third party companies which you can also use.
Can I combine/advertise two different businesses/ads on the same postcard?
Yes. We can help you customize it and have two completely different designs and information on the same postcard, one on the front side and one on the back. A design fee will be applied depending of total work.
When are my mailings processed?
To ensure our all-time low prices, all of our members' mailings are processed at the beginning of each month. All orders for any given month are closed on the 1st. Which means, you have the entire previous month to schedule your orders. Our mailing date is scheduled by the 10th of each month.
How can I make sure my mailings are actually mailed?
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and assurance, You will receive a notice for every time we are ready to mail your order. This notice will include the day and time when we are going to the USPS office to drop mailings as well as the exact address. You are welcome to join us.
What is the size of my mailing piece?
6X11 inches. This is the biggest size for postcards allowed by the USPS office.
How is the printing quality?
Amazing! All of our mailing pieces are printed on an industrial Xerox multi-color printer. Providing an ultimate rich in color postcards with a smooth mate finish.
What type of payment options are accepted?
We work with credit cards. If you are unable to pay with credit cards, you may submit a personal/business check. When paying by check, make sure we receive it at least 3 business days prior for your scheduled work to be perform.
Is my financial information secured?
Your financial security is our highest priority. We have created an online PDF form for credit card authorization form. Once completed, you may submit it to us by choosing from the different delivery options explained on the form. We use Paypal professional services for credit card processings.

Is there any fee for joining Redmonkie® Direct Mailing Program?
There is a small annual membership fee we charge to our members for them to be able to take advantage of our services and our all-time low prices.
Is there any setup fee?
No.
Is there any monthly/exclusivity fee?
No.
Will I be under contract?
No. You are able to stop your direct mailing marketing at any time.
